How it works
Set it up once. Then just live your day.
Me sits behind your mail, chats, calendar and accounts. It does the routine work itself and only comes to you, wherever you are, when something needs a person.
1 · Connect
Sign in to Outlook, Teams and your calendar once, and add your phone number. Your accounts stay yours.
2 · Set the rules
Tell your assistant what to watch and what to do: follow-ups, recurring work, which bills matter.
3 · It runs
Me works in the background, day and night, and records everything it does.
4 · It reaches you
Only when a person is needed: by text or email, in your inbox, or through your AI assistant. Reply in your own words.
A day with Me
What it looks like in practice
The charge, routine and find stories come from our hands-on demo; the follow-up and payment stories are covered by our automated scenario tests. Conversations are illustrations.
THE CHARGE THAT LOOKED WRONG
A $640 power bill, when it's usually $80
The month's bank statement comes in. Me compares each charge with that payee's history, flags the odd one, and raises it as an interrupt. A rule you set once opens a task to check it. Bringing in the same statement again changes nothing.
The next time you talk to your assistant, it mentions the charge before anything else.
Morning. Anything I should know?
One thing first: a $640 City Power charge, far above the usual $80. I've opened a task to check it.
Thanks. What did we spend on utilities last month?
THE FOLLOW-UP THAT ASKS FIRST
Nobody has to remember to chase
A customer hasn't answered in three days. The workflow notices, asks you what to do, reads your reply, and turns it into a task with a time. Nothing goes to a customer until you've said yes.
No reply from Hartley on the quote since Monday. Want a task to call them?
Yes, Friday morning.
Done. Call Hartley, Friday 9:00.
THE ROUTINE THAT RUNS ITSELF
Every Tuesday at 7, in your time zone
Weekly reviews, monthly filings and household chores turn into real tasks at the right moment, across daylight-saving changes. Pause one, skip a week, or stop it for good by saying so.
Add a task to restock supplies every other Monday at 9.
Done. The first one is next Monday at 9:00.
THE ANSWER YOU COULDN'T FIND
Everything about one thing, in one answer
Ask for everything about the water heater and get the note with the model number, the open task to call the plumber, and the plumber's details together. Your past AI conversations are searchable the same way.
What do we know about the water heater?
A 50-gallon unit from 2014, pilot keeps going out. There's an open task to call the plumber by Thursday.
THE PAYMENT THAT WAITED
Your assistant can't spend your money
Ask your assistant to pay a bill and it prepares the payment, then stops. Only you can approve it, with your passkey. Every step is recorded. Today payments run against a simulated bank; real bank connections are planned.
Pay the City Power bill.
I've prepared it, but payments need your approval with your passkey. I can't approve it for you.
Under the hood
For whoever sets it up
Me runs as a server with its own database and a durable workflow engine. Each integration is a separate plugin with only the access it was granted, and every request passes one gate that checks who is asking, what they were allowed, how risky it is and how sensitive the data is. AI assistants reach it through MCP with 150+ typed tools. Setup steps · Docs
